It is the design of the kettlebell that makes it unique. When you grip the handle the weight is displaced differently than that of a dumbbell (free weight). This class is suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Exercise options and modifications are provided for participants at differing levels. If you are healthy enough to begin a strength training program, this class is suitable for you.
